Pattern Making
We shall be making patterns at our inhouse pattern shopfor the components that are required by you. All you have to do is provide a drawing or even a sample and we shall do the rest.
Machining
We provide machining services for gears, pulleys, rollers and wheels, to our customers . In-house or Outsourcing both available.
Casting and Heat Treatment
Our foundry shall take over the patterns and cast them in the required grade of material. Testing shall be conducted in our inhouse lab. Post chemical testing and dimension checks material will be sent to our heattreatment facility for the necessary tempering, annealing or quenching.

Molding
CO2 Sand, Green Sand or No-Bake process, depending on the product
Casting
We can cast pieces upto 3 tonnes in weight.
Finishing
Swing Frame grinders, Sand Blast, hand grinding. Everything is possible
Heat Treatment
Electric Heat treatment furnaces of 2MT and 10MT. With 1lakh litres quenching tank
Machining
We are equipped with 8 Lathes, Floor borers and Drill machines at the moment.
